Shipping & Handling Charges

All shipping costs are based on the customer's location and the actual weight of the package. We send all goods using Australian Post's economy parcel service. All goods are wrapped and packaged for book or DVD handling. Anime Traffic tries to ensure that goods are packaged and delivered at retail conditions.

Estimated New Zealand shipping Cost

New Zealand customers will be charged using the following formula:

Shipping = $5.50 + (((Total Weight/250)-1) * $3)

I know it looks complicated, but that is how Australia Post works it out too. New Zealand customers should be advised that Anime Traffic does not cover and its not liable for any relevant Taxes and/or custom duties imposed by the Commonwealth of New Zealand. Cost incurred during the importation of goods, with the exception of the actual delivery cost, belongs to the customer.
