ORDERING, PAYMENT and RETURNS

Ordering

Ordering is very easy. Once you get to the item you would like, simply follow these steps.

1. Click on the 'ADD TO BASKET' button. This will then lead you to your shopping basket screen.
2. Check that the item you have selected is in your shopping basket and relevant details. From here, either click on the 'CONTINUE SHOPPING' link to further browse our catalogues or the 'CHECK OUT' link to finalise your order.
3. You will be prompted to enter your email address to check against our own records within our database. If you are an exisitng customer the next screen will show your personal information. To continue with your order simply click on the 'Correct Shipping Address' link. To edit your details, click on the 'Edit Shipping Address' link.
4. If you are a new customer or if you choose to 'Edit Shipping Address', then enter details within the specified fields. Once this is complete, click on the 'CONTINUE' button. You will receive an email confirmation from Anime Traffic, and later a payment request.
5. Anime Traffic will process your order immediately. We will ask for payment only when the order is ready for you. This is to provide greater flexibility for customers as well as fairer trading terms.

Payment

To provide customers with flexibility, Anime Traffic will accept the following payment methods:

Anime Traffic accepts the following popular cards: Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard. Anime Traffic seeks to provide customers with a secure environment, therefore online credit card transactions are done over a 128-Bit encrypted connection through Westpac Banking Corporation's approved electronic merchant gateway, SecurePay.

Anime Traffic will accept direct Electronic Funds Transfer between a customer's account to an Anime Traffic nominated account. Customers will be given Anime Traffic's account information when customers select to pay using this method. Customers will need to quote the Purchase Order number when transferring funds to Anime Traffic.

Anime Traffic will accept all Australian cheques, Australian Post money orders, Bank Cheques and International Bank Drafts. Goods will only be shipped when the cheque is cleared. If unsure, please email us.

Anime Traffic will first perform a stock check before sending an email payment request to Customers. Customers will then be prompted to our on-line store for payment. Customers can choose any of the above payment method. If you have any concerns, please email Anime Traffic.

Returns

Anime Traffic will only exchange products which have been found faulty or defective. Please email Anime Traffic for further help if you have questions regarding returns. For DVDs, returns must be with accompanying cases with an explanation of why it was returned. Customers are responsible for the postage back to Anime Traffic. Replacements will be sent to Customers free of charge.

Refunds will only be granted if the items ordered has gone out of stock or are no longer in production.
